Sweet And Sour Pork

Ingredients:
300 gr Pork fillet (I prefer that there is fat or his ribs ..)
3 tbsp soy sauce salted (kikkoman / 2 goose)
2 tbsp WEEK ciu (cooking sherry)

½ cup of cornflour
½ cup of plain flour

Sauce:

Method:
