Pork Satay

This satay recipe my heritage pork from my grandmother. I had never copy, but that was searched at the time, students have to go someplace
Finally, after interviewing several aunt, also successful, again obtained the prescription.


Ingredients:
1 kg of pork (thigh + little fat)
100 gr hazelnut
1 tbsp coriander, sangrai
1 cm lengkuas, shredded
10 onion
5 cloves garlic
3 oranges Limo
1 tsp acid, diairkan adequate
100 gr Brown Sugar
50 gr white sugar
2 tsp Salt
6 tbsp Soy sauce
Micin just a little

Directions:
1. Meat cut thin-thin long.
2. Puree all ingredients, Mix into the meat already cut. Mixed average. Leave approximately 1 hour in refrigerator (can expect).
3. Puncture the meat in bite sate.
4. Roast until cooked.
