Pork Soy sauce

Pork Soy sauce
Usually to make pork sauce, use 3 layers of meat (san cam). But because my family does not like too san Cam because too much fat, So I use only the meat. baikut also nice to be processed pork sauce.


Ingredients:

* 500 grams of pork, cut
* 4 boiled eggs
* 2 tsp salt
* 1 tsp pepper
* 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
* 1.5 liters of water
* Oil need to

Fine spices:

* 5 cloves garlic
* 10 red onion
* 1 vertebra ginger

How to make:

1. Stir-fry until fragrant spices fine, entries meat, cooking until the color changed. Add sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, mixed flat. Cast water, mixed briefly.
