Siomay


Siomay, is required when the food dim sum. Anyone will love it. Siomay it is not good shape. But once they would continue to smell like ... Why not satisfied if needed.
For a Muslim, If you want to make this siomay, pork can be replaced with chicken meat.

Ingredients:

* Skin siomay
* 500 grams of pork, minced
* 100 grams of shrimp, chopped
* 200 grams Bengkoang, finely chopped
* ½ tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp pepper
* 1 tsp fish sauce
* 1 segment of ginger, minced
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* 1 egg
* 3 onions, sliced thin

How to make:

1. Toss all ingredients so one (except skin siomay), uleni until mixed evenly.
2. Prepare siomay skin, wrap the dough to them.
3. prepare boiler, steam siomay until cooked. Serve warm
